It is a great privilege and an honor to serve as the Sheriff of Harlan County.

We are dedicated to protecting the safety of the people of Harlan County by providing front-line law enforcement services. I work alongside a qualified and diligent group of Deputies and Staff whose expertise, years of service and dedication combine to demonstrate professionalism to serve the county with pride and dignity. I am proud of their commitment to law enforcement, to this community and its citizens, and to the services that we offer.

We have taken great strides to streamline the services of the Office of the Harlan County Sheriff since you elected me. I ask for your opinions and support to enable me to assess the challenges, and take the criminal element in our society head-on. In building a safer county, we are proud to pledge total dedication in a dynamic range of law enforcement services to our citizens, to our justice partners, and to other law enforcement agencies throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
